This conceptual design project re-imagines the characters of the classic game Clue as illustrated portraits composed entirely of typefaces. Each figure is constructed using carefully chosen letter forms to create expressive facial features and accessories, forming a cohesive visual identity unique to each card. The design uses a limited color palette to mimic traditional card game aesthetics while spotlighting the typographic artistry. Inspired by the storytelling elements of Clue, these type-based characters blur the line between typography and illustration, showcasing how letter forms can convey personality, emotion, and narrative

The original image captures the vibrant beauty of a blooming garden walkway. The lush archways draw the viewer’s attention to a charming house in the distance that evokes a sense of serenity and timeless natural splendor of the variety of flowers, textures and colors reflected from nature. I digitally enhanced the piece by altering a real world garden into a whimsical dream scape, blending natural beauty with fantasy elements. Centered under the additional archways of vibrant greenery, a rare white peacock stands proudly giving an ethereal presence to the scene. Inspired by folklore and enchanted gardens, the lush flowers are more vibrant giving off a surreal atmosphere.

Using bold gradients, period-appropriate typography and a retro photo cutout, the ad delivers a lighthearted punchline. The juxtaposition of sporty intensity with classic Americana humor creates a memorable and engaging visual, aimed at a drawing in both tennis enthusiasts and casual viewers with a smile.

This animation short, Shadow Aspect, centered around a boy named Eric who confronts his fear of the dark. At night, Eric sees frightening shadows in his room - but as he shines his flashlight, he discovers they’re just his toys, harmless and familiar. This playful unraveling of fear turns unexpectedly ominous when, on his walk to school, Eric ignores another shadow-seemingly mundane only for the audience to learn it’s genuinely dangerous. This animation explores the duality of perception and reality, drawing from the concept of the “shadow aspect” in psychology: the hidden, darker side of the self or surroundings. This visual style balances innocence with suspense, making the twist both impactful and thought-provoking.
